Disclaimer: I believe through simple deduction that the United States of America could pull all 3 of these men off the street in less than 5 minutes. Who needs the number 2 though? Wesley is the Assistant to the VC, Sparks is the Assistant to the VC, and Snowden is more of an asterisk but also is the Assistant to the VC. These 3 are not very good at keeping their thoughts out of the public. You should be more concerned with the ones that just watch - there are many hackers but these are my favorite ones that I follow. As long as they stay out of the USA, I'm assuming there is no issue. I believe that the USA is always looking for the money attached to them and their communications. It's not the movies.
