Sparks- Look at the color of Snowden's skin. Does he look like he lives in Alaska? I live on the Equator and in the Carribean. I live in LA and FL. Now Im in DC. If he lived in Russia full time, he would look as white as a Canadian. That's why I don't think he stays in Russia very often
